On August 1, 2005 ground was broken for the remodel of our hacienca. We will be adding approximately 1500 square feet to the upstairs master bedroom, bathroom, office and downstairs bedroom and bathroom plus stairs with atrium, guest/pool bath and laundry area.

All renovations have their problems----. The septic tank collapsed while digging the foundation.
The decision was made to connect to the city sewer system and a trench was dug down the outside corridor,
through the hacienda, out the front door to the street.
